Switch Camps

Terms.

This is the same text shown inside the app, under Settings.

1. Acceptance

By using Switch Camps you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Requesting a place

Camps are booked as a request, not an instant purchase. Submitting the checkout form holds a place for you with the status "pending" and sends your details to the camp team. No payment is taken in the app. The team contacts you to confirm the place and to arrange payment directly, and your booking then shows as confirmed.

3. Availability and cancellation

Places are subject to availability and a request may be declined if a camp fills up. Cancellation and refund terms are set by the camp operator and are agreed with them directly when your place is confirmed.

4. User conduct

Camp chat is for riders attending or considering a camp. Be respectful. Harassment, spam and abusive behaviour will result in removal of the content and suspension of the account.

5. Risk and liability

Snowboarding and skiing carry inherent risk. Switch Camps is a platform connecting riders with camps and coaches; the camp operator runs the camp. We are not liable for injury or loss sustained during camp activities.

6. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Settings → DELETE ACCOUNT.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Athens.
